I’m Erin, your local Plymouth-based cookier. I’ve always loved from-scratch, delicious food — especially sweets for celebrations! I started my cookie journey in December 2024 after binge-watching a holiday cookie competition and wondering, “Could I do that?” My first attempt was bumpy (literally), but I persevered and conquered royal icing. Now I enjoy the creativity of designing and decorating special cookies for clients, market events, holidays, and special occasions.
